Suitable Materials:
Designed for workpieces with general hardness, including wood, plastic, PVC sheets, and iron sheets with a thickness of up to 3mm. Please note that this drill bit is not suitable for stainless steel or spring steel, and it should not be used for hardened materials.
Usage Tips:
For optimal performance and to extend the drill's lifespan, use water injection cooling during operation, particularly during continuous drilling.
Caution:
As the outer diameter of each step on the drill bit gradually increases, the cutting resistance and linear speed will also rise accordingly. The step drill relies entirely on its inclined edges, which have limited length. If the feed speed is too fast, it can lead to abrasion and cause the edges to anneal.
Apply downward pressure while drilling, but avoid excessive force to prevent edge wear.
